Recently announced for BBK Bilbao and Primavera Sound Barcelona, Daniela arrives for her first time in Portugal with dates in Aveiro, Porto, Coimbra and Lisbon.
Daniela Pes, hailing from the heart of Gallura and born in 1992, is making a distinctive mark on the Italian music scene. Her 2023 triumph at the Targa Tenco for Best Debut Work with "Spira," released on April 14th by Tanca Records, showcases her as an artist unbound by genre constraints. Daniela Pes engages with music as a singer, instrumentalist, and electronic explorer, revealing a versatile talent.
Her unconventional journey includes a jazz vocals degree from the Conservatorio di Sassari and participation in Paolo Fresu's Nuoro Jazz Summer Seminars, leading to performances at Time in Jazz and the Harp Festival in Rio de Janeiro.

Vitoria Vermelho
Vitoria Vermelho é o nome artístico de Francisca Oliveira, surge de uma fusão do seu nome favorito e um sobrenome que foi deixado para trás pela sua avó. A música de Vitoria Vermelho é tão sonante e forte quanto o seu nome. As letras provocantes e a voz da cantora é o grande destaque deste projeto, com um alcance capaz de encarnar muitas personagens na história que canta em palco.
Faz as suas primeiras atuações com a Escola de Jazz do porto e ficou conhecida em 2022 depois de chegar às meias-finais do The Voice Portugal. Desde então apresentou, como Vitoria Vermelho, o seu álbum Homónimo , com concerto no "Peniche Antipode" em Paris e no CCOP no Porto, o seu album de estreia a editar antes do verão.

ISHMAEL ENSEMBLE ?
Because we are completely crazy about the band since 2021. The album “Visions of Light” dropped in early August and somehow for reasons we cannot explain the music spoke to us on a deeper level. when we say we do this job because we love it, well you can be certain it is our pleasure and honour to share their music in portugal.
BUT DON’t Trust us. Trust everyone else.
The group's follow up record 'Visions of Light' saw them further blur the lines between Jazz & Electronic music, taking the listener on an expansive journey in sound whilst flying the flag for their hometown of Bristol. The record went on to be crowned Huey Morgan's "Album of the Year" on BBC 6 Music and saw them perform at The New York Winter Jazz Festival for Gilles Peterson.

How do memories relate to our sense of identity and who we are as people? Why do we single out particular memories?

Division
I had a lot of certainties one day. I thought I had answers to my questions and clear, absolute concepts in my mind of what was and what was not. Until I didn't any more. Soon, all my certainty and acquired truths faded away. In this universe of inherent uncertainty I felt lost, lonely and tired of supporting the weight of life. You could call it a constant, relentless feeling of anxiety. Through this show we will explore this journey, from the land of certainty to the moody waters of uncertainty.
SINOPSE DE UMA OBRA DE ARTE CHAMADA

UM DIA TIVE MUITAS CERTEZAS. PENSEI QUE TINHA RESPOSTAS PARA AS MINHAS PERGUNTAS, CONCEITOS CLAROS E ABSOLUTOS NA MINHA MENTE SOBRE O QUE ERA E O QUE NÃO ERA. ATÉ QUE DEIXEI DE OS TER. RAPIDAMENTE, TODAS AS MINHAS CERTEZAS E VERDADES ADQUIRIDAS SE DESVANECERAM. NESTE UNIVERSO DE INCERTEZA INERENTE SENTI-ME PERDIDO, SOLITÁRIO E CANSADO DE SUPORTAR O PESO DA VIDA. ATRAVÉS DE UM ESPETÁCULO ÚNICO, TALVEZ SEM PRECEDENTES, TENTAREMOS TRANSMITIR UMA MENSAGEM PESSOAL QUE ACREDITAMOS VALER A PENA PARTILHAR. A NOVIDADE AQUI É QUE ESTAMOS A TENTAR FAZER DE UM "EVENTO" UMA OBRA DE ARTE POR SI SÓ.

an artwork is a way of expressing an idea through a medium that can be shared with other humans.
through a unique, maybe unprecedented, show we will try to convey a personal message that we believe is worth sharing. The novelty here is that we are trying to make out of an “event” an artwork of its own.
